Your Entrepreneurial Strengths Assessment Results

I have to go. I’m conducting a seminar in multiple personality disorders, and it takes me forever to fill out the nametags.” David Hyde Pierce (as Dr. Niles Crane)

While the quote above is humorous, it is actually true that nearly everyone is a combination of behavioral “styles”. This report, focuses your attention on your most dominant style or what could be said to be your strengths.

We have used the metaphor of various modes of transportation to describe what someone with your dominant “behavioral style” would most likely enjoy owning. Consider it merely a “descriptor” for the kind of transportation that represents the power of your positive behavioral attributes.

In addition, you will recognize which of your innate performance characteristics make you a “natural fit” in certain work related activities, and which activities will be better outsourced.

Understanding yourself completely is the first step to empowering yourself and the achievement of the successful future you deserve.

Your result is “Red“:  A Convertible sports car would definitely be your style

This indicates that you are likely to be most satisfied as an independent entrepreneur and the opportunity to make your own decisions and direct the course of your business rather than having to go along with the choices of others.

You enjoy being in control and can sometimes be irritated when you feel that you are being held back by people who appear to move too slowly, make decisions that occur contrary to yours, or who fail to see or act on opportunities that seem obvious to you.

You love and respond to a challenge and are a powerful force in business, as you are a “can do” person; you make things happen and you get things done. You are a driver, definitely an asset when it comes to entrepreneurial endeavors.

Occasionally, people around you may express the feeling that you are abrupt as you speak your mind fully.  You rarely “swallow” or dampen your opinion when you think things are not being done the way you think they should be done.  Sometimes working with others, you may find yourself challenged and feeling frustrated as you have a tendency to be impatient and you can be perceived by others as “pushy.”

As an entrepreneur, you thrive on engaging in a variety of tasks, opportunities to satisfy your competitive nature, and the freedom for you to achieve and excel.

You will resist the need for bureaucratic red tape, even though it is sometimes necessary to negotiate rules and regulations in business, and this may cause frustration and dissatisfaction.

As an entrepreneur with this primary behavioral style, your ‘can do’ spirit is a natural fit for future business success.

I wanted to helped (30-50)others do what they loved and still have a home life. My biggest challenge
are people with no get up and go to build their biz under my umbrella. Too much talk and not enough action.
Therefore the opportunity I see as being missed and many independent contractors complain not enough work.
I am looking at my leadership qualities as being weak and I need help to move on… I have done profile work

The results define me correctly and accurately.
So just now I am in the business of Food delivery where my team and I purchase vegetables and fruits from the grocery market and delivery to my clients/ homes/ working mothers and also offer catering services for parties.
The aspect I enjoy most is deliveries well packaged groceries after the hassle in the market. Also seeing a happy and satisfied customer.
I don’t mind getting tired, as long as I have provided a solution to a client (i.e, taking away the hassle of grocery shopping from my customers).
Do you have any pointers into what kinds of businesses suit my character, and where I can outsource?

HI Lilian –

Thank you for your comment. The truth is that ALL successful businesses strive (or should anyway) to illicit that ‘happy and satisfied’ customer response. From that perspective, there are literally a limitless number of business opportunities for you to pursue.

However, if what you’re saying is that you want to be the interface with the customer so you can experience that response directly, then it will be important that whatever business you build, you organize it so you are in a role that keeps you in front of the customer (sales, customer care, etc.). I think you’ll get some goo perspective from this: http://www.theperfectbizfinder.com/blog/evp.

I’m a bit unclear regarding your request about ‘outsourcing’. Can you ‘outsource’ YOUR interface with the customer? No. Can you outsource other aspects of your business? Yes!

All that said, as you’ve doubtless already heard by now the very reason I crated ThePerfectBizFinder Program was to help people like you organize, build and grow a business that delivers what you truly want.

I think you should own it: http://www.theperfectbifinder.com/prog

Yes, I would say this defines me pretty well. Seeing my strenghts in writing makes it that much clear what my strengths are and who and what resources I need to continue to grow a successful business.

Some people refer to me as a police type of person rather than a business oriented person.
What is your opinion on this?

Steve

Hi Kamarade – I’m not exactly sure what it means to be a ‘police’ type. Nor is it clear to me that a ‘police’ type cannot be a ‘business’ type. I know many police officers who are also very successful entrepreneurs. Please keep in mind that the assessment is not trying to ‘classify’ you in any way. It is merely identifying a set of traits that will tend to support your aspirations as an entrepreneur and contrasts them with others which will tend to be problematic for you.

Thank you for your inquiry. I hope this helps.
