  1. Hello Steve, I know that there is a treasure in this time of unrest, there is a gold nugget, finding it is the challenge. Paying attention to your strengths, rather then your weekness is of great importance. I applaud you for this insight, can you see my hands clapping. I am waiting with great expectation to recieving your report about the survey. I greatly appreciate you giving spirit, the free video’s, the free survey, your free advise. You are awesome.
I owned a business for 25 years, I operated it my self, just hiring part time employees, I loved what I did, I has little money invested. $10.00 for a newspaper ad in 1981. to a 10,000.00 a year business, working only 2-3 months a year. I retired the business 2 years ago. I know I have the ability to create more, I just am not so sure just what the is, so what you are doing here on this web site is of much importance to me. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Bonnie Santaniello
PS: Michael Skye sent me this link, I will send a e-mail of appreciation to Michael. Don’t forget to include yourself amongst those that you love.

  2. I would like to start a business where I teach and train others to create a small business in the home. I would really like to help young mothers stay at home with their children and build a small business that would create enough extra income to help them achieve that goal. I look forward to sharing your website with others as an affiliate of your company. Do you have any suggestions on how to create a website for little or nothing to invest. Thank you for your help!

  4. Steve,

Thanks for your input on creating a business. I think that the value you bring to the market place is an issue that must be considered over and above the amount of income you can produce. Thanks for that observation.

  5. hello steve,
thank you for these videos, that is just what i need now - i am at my sabbatical 6 months, looking after my father and preparing to start my own \"school for all the rest\" (working title - i want to make program on the way, for the afternoon \"school\" for kids age 4-12, where talents of teachers would make a program - if it is kiting it is kiting, if it is poetry, give us Shakespeare, if teacher just immigrated form china, we study and talk mandarin - i was art teacher in high school and i worked with smaller kids, now i am ready and i want to start a place where learning and studying and even working (i am all for working children, so one sure class is \"sweatshop\" ) is pure fun. freedom and excitement of constant learning is the base for my business.
i am so excited at all possibility\’s i can write a book about it right now.
i have strong opinions, based on experience, about how one should communicate and work with kids, and how great is the responsibility of this work is, and those can be practiced only in completely private environment (i tried to work for others, and it didn\’t work for me - my ideas, even shoved great results and very good response from kids and parents ware too direct and radical for most of the decision makers and managers, i sometimes thought that they are afraid of me. this survey painted it perfectly. it write: don\’t even try it.

also, i started to paint again, and i want to sell my paintings - all the time. looking for tips on internet to get structure in selling art - that is how i found you. :)

survey told me what i knew already about myself, which is great for my confidence (thank you again), although it was, sometimes, contradicting - for example, i am at one point pictured as someone who read and respond to other people feelings, and three lines down - absolutely not so :)
but, it can be me, also. :)

i have to tell you also - i like very much the way you talk about things and i am going to replay your videos just to hear it again - said in relaxed and friendly way.

    your question about depression:
i do not care for \"economic depression\"- even i know it is comming because everybody talks about it, so it must happen - first comes a word, than the reality forms from opinions that prevail. so let it come and go again. i came form country that survived worst inflation and war (yugoslavia, doesn\’t exist any more) i remember changing one by one dollar bill, on the street, because changing five dollar bill woul be unwise, so i know it is possible to survive everything.
my kid is grown up and doing fine, what makes me personally - free as a bird. i ignore tv already for 10 years - that keeps me healty, and i hate when someone tries to scare me.

i will use this survey like you suggested - and use it to \"sell\" myself to others who might be of help for my business. i hope taking this survey give you something in return.

    thank you very much,
    majda

  6. The concept that more millionaires are created at this end of an economic cycle should be placed in bold headlines for all to see. There are many great opportunities available to choose from and your report will help in making the right choice for me.

  8. Thank you so much for this info. I am 62 and previously I spent 35 years in business for myself, but my ego was always in the way and I ended up always working harder and longer hours just to make ends meat, and as a result, I ended up in Bankruptcy 3 times. I realize now I was stubborn stupid. I wish I would have had this info back then. I would have probably been mush more successful.

  26. Hi Steve,There are about 12k+ unread emails sitting in my yahoo Inbox!  I’m glad I clicked on this one from Jessica Peterson.  And so, first let me thank you for taking the time to reach out.  Further, I’m curious; what’s in all this for YOU?! :)A bit about me; circumstances prevailing, at present, a single mum who decided to change everything from status, persona and even country, to literally starting over from scratch.  I began this new life Down under with a napsack on my back, the minimum dollars allowed and two fantastic kids in tow, approx 3 years ago.  From where I hail, such a move has been considered by family and friends albeit courageous,  blasphemous and to be regretted! Alone, I have survived these initial years, horrendous setbacks included and hence, I am determined to succeed in the best possible direction…given my wealth of experience, skills and talents, I need to be in a business of my own that encompasses all that I have to offer via service/training/teaching and related instructional design…I am aware of my strengths, skills, weaknesses, have many talents some latent, others yet to be tapped/recognized and more importantly, proudly possess diverse experience spanning over 30 years.  I know what I want to do.  I know what I enjoy doing.  My dream is huge!  My problem is : HOW TO GET STARTED?  I know I need help but I got nobody to ask! And I do not have any money :)  I am truly “single” - alone on a brand new canvas waiting to be painted! On scanning your Report, whilst it has not surprised me, I do know there will be much for me to gain from it after I have studied it indepth.  I was amazed to receive so much information at no cost.  I do hope, I will get the chance to chat and really discuss next steps and plans once I have thoroughly understood all that is being put before me.Thank you again for coming into my life and looking forward to hearing from you,

  30. Hi, Steve, Yanik Silver linked me to your site and it couldn’t have happened at a better time.As a recent casualty of the automotive industry, I started my publishing biz with an expectation I will generate sufficient revenue to be self sufficient within 3-4 months.I have skimmed the survey results report and will study much further today to see what I might do to accelerate my progress.PS My wife (quite distressed at my revenue/benefit loss) believes I should be humored because I have proven to be a not very good employee, especially in a rigid, corporate environment.Best regards,Dave

  31. I lost my “real” job in August 2007 and I have been trying to sell computer tip books that I write.  I am also teaching computer classes at local colleges and continuing education programs.I think that I have a good niche, but I have not been able to sell many copies.  I have also created a video product that helps people with using their computer.  I guess I do not have the right sales letter.I enjoyed visiting your site and I will read over the analysis that the software generated for me.

  32. Hi Steve, Thanks for this survey and material. What I want to do is reach out to College kids and offer support in areas of natural health, as I am a Dr of natural health.  As I began searching for ways to market myself, I found wonderful guru’s and am presently learning internet marketing skills. I will be interested in seeing what the survey reveals. With Appreciation,Deb

  33. Thanks so much for the profile. With the economy like it is, it is more than ever important that we not waste time in futile pursuits–especially those of us who are over 50 and starting over.Your generosity will not go un-noticed by the universe. You are building up much good karma that can only help. Thanks again.

  34. Hi Steve,Thanks for the video. Two weeks ago I started an Internet Marketing business and spent over $200.00 but have not made a dime. I was given a site and spent money on search engines. I do hope things will turn around soon. Eventually, I would like to be self employed doing Internet Marketing. Any help you can give would be appreciated.

  35. Thank you Steve for the opportunity to take the profile.  Two things stood out the most as I was reviewing my results:1.  The survey seems to contradict itself at first, telling me on one hand I would make an excellent candidate for a certain type of position and then later telling me this same position is not one I should choose.  But then I realized that’s exactly how my professional career has gone over the years!  Sometimes I do well in a position if all the stars are properly aligned and other times the same type of position turns out to be a lesson in what not to pursue.  So it nailed me pretty accurately in this respect.2.  It pointed out to me in black and white that what I’ve suspected and experienced all along is true.   The type and number of different jobs I’ve had over the years is probably in excess of most people.  I’ve literally had jobs in every one of the roles you have outlined in your survey….because I have a level of strength in all of them.  However, if the position, the people, the culture, the timing, and the company are aligned not with what I know about myself and speak to those strengths, then I have difficulty enjoying the job, as well as performing it to the best of my ability.I am embarking once again on a new entrepreneurial project, which of course requires I use just about every skill you identified.  However, in this circumstance and at this time in my life I now know which ones I’m better at in this kind of endeavor and which ones make more sense for someone else to do.  Looking forward to hearing more of what you have to impart. Thanks again,Betsy

  36. Hellow Steve,I found your site through Yanik Silver and glad that I did. I enjoyed the questions thoroughly and look forward to the results. I am making life changes and definitely need some help in determining my strengths. I want to start an online business. I have been studying  and researching marketing on the internet for the past year and I am ready to go. I have several passions and I am finding my niche within those passions. I feel the information from the survey will be most helpful in my decision making. Thank you, Leah.

  39. Hello Steve!  It is so wonderful of you to put together this website and survey, I cannot wait to read my 24-page results.   I have several things that I am interested in doing and cannot wait to see how they compare.  I am currently in school for Medical Transcription but would like to sell essential oils on the internet and work on a holistic medicine or practitioner career too.  But right now I am wanting to do things off the internet so that I can continue to be a stay-at-home mother.  You are one special person to put this together and help all the people that you are helping out with.  That is wonderful!  I hope that you have a wonderful day!Love and Light,Donna

  40. I am SO tired of hearing the words, “World Economic Meltdown”.  I believe, like Majda does, that the repetition of those words makes them into a reality for so many people.  I’m looking forward to the future with confidence because I believe that in any adversity there is opportunity.  As Anthony Robbins says, “What is good about this problem?”  This is the BEST time to start up a home business and that’s what I’m doing at the moment, just taking some baby steps.  Meanwhile I’m about to start studying to become the person I’ve most wanted to be for the last 20+ years (I’m 55) a Building Designer.  I love designing home plans!  It has been my hobby for decades and finally my dream has come true.  I was laid off from work in September last year and thought, “What a perfect opportunity to start studying”.  In the meantime a friend has approached me about following her into her online business where she is making a decent living so that’s the reason I’m here.  Thanks must go to Juli Thompson for referring me to your site, too.Judanne

  41. Hi  Just wanted to say thank you for the report which confirmed that I’m already working my ideal business.  Of course I will continue to build on these strengths and at the same time be aware of those areas of a lower significance (ie not necessarily vital to my type of business) as things are always changing, right?

Posted By: Linda | 9:58 pm
  42. Hi Steve,       WOW!  I’ve never taken a test that the results told me so much about myself so decisively!  I was aware of a few of my strengths, but mostly one tends to dwell on the weaknesses and the strengths just fade away somewhere in the paint!       Honestly, Steve, I have been truly blessed these past 5 years doing something really love to do!   And as luck would have it, I really am good at it!  I help people make their homes and businesses beautiful with custom window coverings, bedding, furniture, etc.  I don’t call myself an “interior designer” because I believe that title is reserved for those who have had extensive education and have earned a degree.  So I don’t pilfer the title like many of my competitors.  But the ironic part of it is that I am a natural at it and I love doing it!       My problem has been (1) I was underfunded to begin with, (2)  committed to paying off the business in one year taking most of my first year capital and alot of the savings, (3) moved too far too quickly and took on alot of debt at a horrendous interest rate in my second year of business to enhance my business; so adding to the debtload I already had, (4) being too exhuberant and not structured enough to keep a staff interested in my goals, had some severe financial losses due to theft to the tune of about $75,000 between two employees, (5) then last year when I finally worked my way (alone) through all the debt and paid everyone off (finally), the economy took a dump . . . and well, you know the rest.       Lots of growing pains here, as you can see.  But I love what I do and I don’t want to stop doing it.  I’ve really tried to focus on other things on the internet, especially affilliate marketing, copywriting, etc.  I can’t quite get my arms wrapped around the concept.  It doesn’t give me the “warm fuzzy” I get from writing a $75,000 contract to do a whole house with beautiful window coverings and custom bedding.  I am hooked on the before and after!  I am hooked on the trust my customers have in me to do a great job for them, and I am elated when it all comes together and I can see how happy it makes them!  Is this passion or obsession?       My problem is that I am growing weary of this recession and it makes me crazy that no one is spending and I can’t put my fingers on just what I should do to take my business to a level of success in this environment.  It makes me nuts when I pay people good money to bring traffic to my site or make changes and it’s done poorly.  The questionnaire fit me to a “T” - I am very controlling - and most of the time I want it done “my way” - and I have little tolerance for “goofing off” - I’m very serious when it comes to my integrity, my reputation, and my name.   It’s like the whole world just doesn’t have any work ethics any longer!   So I fly solo and that is not a good thing.       What can you do for me?  What am I looking for from you?  Anything you can suggest that will (1) help me get my business back up to par, OR (2) suggest something online that fits me that will be as rewarding both emotionally and financially that you may be aware of.  I need to feel the “building of an empire” in order to exist, I guess.  It doesn’t have to be my own empire - I could easily get the same elation by helping someone else build their empire.  Do you have any suggestions for me?  Thanks for your time and energy!  Mary

Posted By: Mary | 10:26 pm
  43. These are all great comments and I really appreciate you all sharing the detail about your businesses.

Aren’t the similarities in issues interesting.

Mary a really appreciate the energy that comes through in your story.  I just have to ask though….why don’t you just keep doing the ‘interior design / decorating
work.  Your success is clearly not link to any credential.  I have helped several people (re) organize business like these and now they are generating small fortunes doing just what they love.

Don’t get me wring there is nothing wrong with an internet business…but as you will learn along the way these next few weeks, you success is going to eminate from your passion….period.

    Donna you are absolutely right.

I this ‘recession’ is a media creation.  For those who are willing to look past the noise and get busy being and doing what matters, success is abundant.

I am looking forward to hearing more from you all in the coming weeks.

I am certain you will find this process educational and revealing.

  44. Dear Steve,  I am 38 yrs. old and I do custom wall finishes in high end homes for a living.  I used to find satisfaction in this field until one day I was hit with a vision of a new concept that can change many lives.  I have been searching for the right person to help develop it further, but my search continues.  I have tried to give up on this project due to my lack of experience in this new field, but each time I try, I get a sick feeling that it is something that has to be done.  I just struggle with getting it started and knowing how to find a partner as I believe it really does require one.  I have kept this concept rather guarded since it is unique and has the poential to change virtually every industry. I want to thank you for the report.  I was surprised that it showed me that I am the type of person that I want to be, I just need to put action behind my desires.  I look forward to learning more from you Steve! -Greg

  45. Hi Steve, I took the test as I have taken other personality test and did not receive much insite more then I know already. I have been in healthcare over 30 yrs..this has been a great career and provided a JOB for many years…but I’m still not getting ahead of the ball finacially. What I get most excited about is the art of a deal..real estate..that is!I would just love to be a full time investor even in this market. I have bought and sold 2-3 homes over the years and studied real estate investing, property values, comps.  Most resently get invilved with a company that assist buyerand sellers with financing  from private investment group since Nov 08,.. Thing is I have been sitting on the fence with this company due to the downturns in the economy and the fear of buying a house then not being able to sell, flip or wholesale .  Most recently have been getting e-mails from commercial real estate investor/gurus selling whole systems on buying and selling commercial property..namely storage rental unit business. This seems to be a lucrative low overhead no headache way to go business. Problem is finding them for sale and or investors willing to partner research and market for this sort of thing. Also some of these program business in a box systems cost thousands of dollors..and right now thats a little much for me.There is so much good information out there for free…but unfortunatly I must wade through all the worthless crap to get to it. At this point in my life I would like to help others in a new and different way and the make a good living doing that for the rest of my life. Thanks, for listening..any feedback based on what you gother about me would be greatly appreciated.PatPat

  46. Hi Steve,  I listened to your tape.  We started in business in Aug 08 wanting to fix wrecked cars and selling them but before we could start that we had to fix up both the selling place and the garage.  All of this has taking all of our money and I am looking into ways to make additional money until we can get this up and running.  Any suggestions will help. Thanks

  47. Hi Pat - My overwhelming advice is going to be stick with us for the next 21 days and I believe this will be clear to you.  The challenge I would offer is why you can’t take your auto repair prowess on the road for now….That way you generate income and referencable customers in support of your primary business objective.

Obviously it needs more formulation, but I will teach you a method of Lateral Thinking that will help you break through whatever you believe is stopping you.

    Thanks for your submission.

  50. Hi all - A number of you have mentioned that you are little confused by the results you have recieved in your Entrepreneurial Survey report.  While it can sometimes appear that the report is giving you a mixed message, it is not really.

I am scheduling a teleconference in the not distant future with the survey mastermind to have him explain.

I could use some feedaback from you on that.  Given that it occurs at a time convenient to your schedule,  would you attend?

Hello Steve,In the tough time of world recession, your video and your efforts and commitments to help entrepreneurs analysing their skills and advising them will help a  lot.I am professionally qualified in India and in employment after having seen tough time in self-employment. I look forward to your advise to once again venture in business / profession successfully.

  52. Hi there, Steve!
I’m a 30 y/o stay-home mom to a 1 y/o girl. I took 2yrs off to be a full-time housewife/mother from a telemarketing/customer service job that I never really learned to like in 3yrs of doing it if not for the lucrative gains.(I come from a place where people are sent to finish college to find a good paying job afterwards rather than a fulfilling career) This comes in very timely as I am in a dilemma if I’d have to go back seeking for new employment this year or start my own business instead. I grew up in a family of 10 that are mostly engaged in their own small businesses and I’ve been getting a lot of push to do the same from family and friends alike ever since I graduated 8yrs ago. Most of the time colleagues at work would say that I’m the “Managerial” type and/or I’m someone who should run a business of my own. And if I am in correct understanding of how I scored in my key competencies the way you presented it, then you must be right. You could be of valuable/ substantial help to people like me in finding our path to financial freedom/stability, or that elusive bliss of “having not to work a day in our lives”. But how can I actually benefit from your generous insights. I’ve always wanted to write and dreamt of publishing my own book, but as a kid I have also fantasized about having my own coffee/pastry shop, neither of which I haven’t pursued after I took a degree in Advertising. Maybe I’ve always felt that going through such directions would pull me out of the mainstream/circulation or what not. I am not so young, but I do hope for more and why do I feel this is just the beginning… Thank you for your stimulation, and I look forward to learning more.

Hi Steve, thanks for your feed back.  You wrote, “Your success is clearly not link to any credential.  I have helped several people (re) organize business like these and now they are generating small fortunes doing just what they love.”  Do you have any suggestions how I can move this forward?  I would love to talk to you about your ideas and expertise.  Thanks, Mary

  56. Hello Steve,I am really glad I took the survey.  Being in a field that requires a lot of screening and assessment , I was a little non chalant after completing it. Then  I got my results!!!! Wow.  Yes it did highlight some of the “ususal suspects” in terms of what I know I don’t do well,  but the biggest take away for me was it helped me put a finger on how what I don’t do well is slowing me down in Business.  So I don’t have to be STUCK anymore!  I am definitely going to see what the videos can teach me about  effetive technical and Production strategies! Thanks a lot!

  60. I watched the videos and read, with interest, the Strengths Report. I’ve held many of the positions the report identifies with my strengths.  I’ve been in Production, Management, Training, Service and now Entrepreneurial.  A couple of years ago, I started making soap and other hand-crafts. The idea is to grow the business itself and a portion of the profits it makes to help generate interest in an Intentional Community.  The Report allowed me to see that I have many of the Strengths I will need to operate the Community and its functions.  I have planned for a B&B and a Tavern to be operated on-site using a lot of food and food products grown and prepared on-site. Many of the recipes and menus will [at least at first] come from my own collection.  I have already designed workshops and classes for students 5 years old and up on a host of subjects and including many projects. There is to be eco-friendly housing for multi-level incomes. I have a strong desire to have the Community’s businesses and services work in an integral manner with regional services.  I have been seeing the Site Plan in my head for many months, the B&B floor plan has been chosen for even longer. I have seen the amenities that I feel need to be included in the on-site Reiki & Massage Therapy Spa.  There is so much more I can see in my head and on paper. All I really need is to re-read and re-read the Strengths Report AND focus on them instead of hiding behind my usual “I don’t deserve it” or  “My story isn’t sad enough to matter” attitude.  Thank you for being ‘here’.

Good afternoon Steve, Well, after purchasing your PBF system almost 2 months ago, I am finally ready to start it!  I am doing what you said to do, by posting a comment!  My binder is ready, and I have downloaded most of the audios to CD.  As a natural procrastinator, it is taking me longer than I want, to get started (am I afraid of success?? Maybe so!) But I really am intending for great things to take place in 2009 for me!  And thank you, in advance, for the push that I need!

  67. Hi, Steve!  Thanks for the report.  Actually I’m all over the place on the report and don’t have a clear picture of the perfect position for me.  I am on my second career, reschooled myself to great financial harm and detriment, and actually, am not enjoying it at all like I thought I would.  At 53, I’m single, all alone and about $2000 away from being out on the streets.  I’m very scared right now.  I moved to a city to take a job where they told me they had plenty of work for me, and there is NOTHING.  I have to do all my marketing yet they are making me sign a non-compete agreement.  I’m jut about done and need to create a new life for me - fast.  I feel I need to go out on a limb here and think outside the box.  I would love to create an internet business where I would receive passive income.  There’s so many offers out there to do that, but most of them look like scams.  I am a hard worker, unfortunately I don’t consider myself very creative, but will do what’s necessary.  Plus, the most important thing is I just want to have fun, for a change.  Thanks for letting me vent a little.  I’m looking forward to what you have to offer.

I feel very good about this course, and I intend to turn it into a internet business.I have always known that I flounder a little when I need to set up system etc. However I have found a way around it, by looking a simular biz models and see what they use in the way of systems or I out source what I consider a weaker area for me.Thanks again for your report.Yvonne.

  71. Hi Steve,  I am interested in a group of small business people whom include Ho oponopono cleansing in their group and requested that I look into your site to be a part of the group.  I was resistant at first as I already know what kind of business I am starting and am almost ready to launch, however I did sign up for your survey.  I am very impressed with it’s findings and the accuracy in it’s evaluation.  It pointed out my strengths and weaknesses which is very beneficial for cleansing and I was also very pleased to know that I had put myself in a situation that acknowledge my gifts and I can turn my limitations over to others with those gifts.  I am a Traditional Naturopath by profession and I teach other professionals about clinical natural therapies.  I have made many discoveries in the practice of energy medicine and have just published my book “be happy, healthy, prosperous.”  The Burren Flower Essences, reconnecting to the original divine design of life.  The book is a beautiful piece of art and is in full color with great information about the human energy field, and how our mind can disturb our state of health.  The specific flowers used as a healing tool are also from a very special location as many different species can survive together in the same environment, something we all need to learn.  I am about to launch the production of these essences to be sold in health food shops and on the internet.  I am happy to know that my profile is a very good fit for this endeavour.  Thank you, Angela Burr-Madsen

    Hi Angela.

I appreciate you sharing your background and interests. I have studied Ho Oponopono with Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len and the Foundation of I. I very much appreciate the power of this approach to clearing the subconscious memories that sabotage our success intentions.

In fact it is one of the 12 techniques I detail within the 21-day program.

I was interested to learn about the Burren Flower. It seem quite similar to the blue bonnet or sometimes called blue belle flower Dr Len references in his work.

I trust you will find the material here very helpful and I’m looking forward to hearing more from you.

Please encourage others in your group to join you on this journey.

    Peace of I

    Thank you,

    Steve

  74. Hi Steve.Thank you for the survey and report.I have a M.Sc. degree majoring in Pure Maths and worked brieflyas a mathematics tutor at Sydney University. I have spent mostof my working life in life assurance and financial riskmanagement. I started the actuarial course but ended up in dataprocessing. These days I work part time as an accounts clerkhaving learnt on the job by myself. I also do other clericalwork. If they want to get an Excel job done, they give it to me.This brings me to what I now aspire to do through the Internet.I can offer instructions on using Excel to do jobs that youmight purchase application software for. The Excel way isgenerally good for small jobs but becomes cumbersome as the jobgets bigger and this could lead to the purchase of applicationsoftware in some cases.Hmm. Not one question in the survey about any of my skills andexperience. The questions seem more about my social life andpreferences.I found the results very surprising although I have not readthe report right through as the going was getting a bit heavy.I have saved it as a PDF file and will return to it.Different people over the years have given me the impressionthat I perform poorly as a supervisor. Yet I am getting theimpression that my personal report is saying I would be good asa supervisor. However I feel I have been fairly good at teachingothers who were interested in learning.I am not sure how the report helps me unless it is to say go forit, or forget it. Report or no report, I have pondered this forsome time and want to go for it or start some sort of business. My main concern is what to offer, how to offer it and what toask in return. I know I have something to offer, but how do Isell it?I am also concerned about avoiding confrontation with family andwell-meaning friends as I have made some attempts at businessand am now a laughing stock.

    Hi Frank,

At the risk of sounding trite, you have come to the right place.

I too am a mathematician. With a masters in statistics no less.

Let me encourage you to take the opportunity to review the survey results with an open mind. I believe it will reveal useful insight. Not the end-all answer mind you. It is not intended for that.

Then, if you will stick with the training I am giving you in this blog, I believe you will experience a breakthrough identify some relevant options for your perfect business.

Thank you for sharing your background and opinion.

    Sincerely,

    Steve

  75. I have long been a believer in personality profiling for strengths and weaknesses, but have not really utilized the report findings.  I keep desiring the long-term benefits of developing a residual income from building a MLM business, then find it hard to be outgoing enough to be a strong recruiter.  I have a degree in interior design and there’s parts of it I love - organizing, making things beautiful for people, but have gravitated to doing the sewing for their window treatments and custom bedding etc. for my clients.  Being an introvert, perfectionist, and creative it is satisfying and gratifying to work with my hands, and not have to talk to a lot of people.  Therein lies my dilemma - I also love nutrition and want to share powerful products that help people have great health, but it feels very hard for me.  I have lookin into internet marketing because it feels like a way to set things up so that people can come to me if they are interested - I’m okand trainable to talk to them once they appear interested, but finding interested people from my warm market is difficult.  My warm market still seems cold to me.  So I’m trying to sort this all out, as I’m 57, divorced, and really need to find a way to channel my passions to create an abundant income to provide for myself in my future.  I’m looking forward to what your program offers.  Valoree

    Hi Valoree!

    It’s Steve.

Thank you for sharing this perspective. MLM is definitely not for everyone. That’s ok though there are LOTS of alternatives. Here is a perspective to consider. There is a reason tall people are (generally) more successful playing basketball than ice hockey. It sounds like you are assuming that you cannot create a ‘residual income’ by creating a business in which you get to do what you love most….create ‘beauty’ with our hands. Certainly that is what the bizop sales people would have you believe. But it is not true. I have several businesses in which I make direct creative contributions but that pay me extraordinarily well, principaly on the efforts of others.

In fact, any business can be organized to deliver what you want. This is what I will teach you how to do.

    I’m glad your here.

Thank you again for your comment.

  76. Dear Steve,Thank you for your response.  I am looking forward to learning all the 12 techniques as I believe strongly that we are perpetual students and our job is to release the old useless or fearful information and embrace the new loving information.  Everything that I have seen on this site is very loving and caring as when one of us succeeds we all succeed.  It is also reassuring to see all of the group interested in being successful when it may appear that we are in hard times.  I believe strongly that success is a state of mind and has nothing to do with news reports or job losses.  All of this is an opportunity to step out there and take the risk we need to take that we may not take if we are too comfortable with the status quo.  Your sharing is remarkable, and a right brainer like myself needs a down to earth business guru like yourself to guide and direct me.Thank you, Angela

  80. Hi Steve,I have to tell that I took the quiz two times.  The first one seemed to have points that conflicted with other points, which was confusing.  I thought - that can’t be right.  So I waited a couple of days and took it again and got a different result. Two point changed and then all the points seemed to be in harmony and made a whole lot of sense to me.  It’s not that I want to go into 100% agreement with the second report, but it certainly seems to be more in alignment with the way I view the world, or at least my little universe.  Any ideas why I would get different results? Thanks

    Hi Bill -

Thank you for your inquiry. Let me see if i can clear this up for you:

When a person completes multiple surveys it is not unusual that the second survey result can be slightly different from the first. By changing the answers to only one question in a particular construct or competency the result may swing from a “balanced” to one of the other categories on the right or left or even from an extreme category to a balanced.

This movement does not indicate inaccuracy but rather that their score was right near the line and the change of one or two answers moved them over to the next category.

Results that “seem to have points that conflict with other points”, can be expected. There is always conflict in the extremes. To illustrate consider the job role “Sales”. You may excel in sales because you are independent, prevailing and emotional. However, if you are introverted and too conforming, you will tend to be poor at the sales role. This does NOT mean that you cannot succeed in sales. Instead it means that you are only good at part of what makes the best salesperson excel and not so good with activities like prospecting (introvert) and thinking creatively (conforming vs innovative). It does not indicate conflict but rather a not complete job-fit. This is useful information becuase if you are extremely talented in one area, you may be able to surrogate the other areas with other resources. The net effect is that you excel in a role that precisely leverages your strengths.

This indeed is the very power of ThePefectBizFinder Program. Through it we help you leverage this and other information to create or ‘carve-out’ the business role that leverages your strengths and maximizes your success potential.

Bill, it is also important to consider that it is in our human nature observe from a perspective relative to who we think we are (or should be) rather than knowing who we really are. People are not simple but rather complex individuals.

This is why ThePerfectBizFinder Program and ongoing business coaching is so vital to everyone.

I hope this clarifies for you.

Thank you for your question. I believe everyone can gain insight from it.

    Sincerely,

    Steve

  86. I mostly offer my writings online as an Eletter: Shiny Pebbles….also teach several local classes which I want to offer as ONLINE visuals (actual prerecordings of classes being taught): The Art of Mind Mapping…..Treasure Maps/Vision Boards… The Work of Byron Katie….
The teaching of concepts is my forte’ which I have actively done since ‘76…especially learned HEAPS while teaching children in Special Education and running staff/18 counselors in a summer camp for Easter Seals, add Naui/Padi scuba instructor for 8 yrs and working within the seminar fields as course director/logistics supervisor since ‘82… I have lived within several American states and abroad in Japan, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia where I gained many diverse cultural experiences as doors just seem to ‘open’ for me. I never learn less and it’s time to make my knowledge available to a broader audience…
My goal is to reach a larger participant audience instead of 20-30 people locally in Las Vegas… have been sending Shiny Pebbles to a select list  of friends/classmates/acquaintances since Nov.’04 which has grown to over 400 recipients…Now I’m about to put it totally online, plus my classes by the use of new technology platforms. I found the assessment mostly accurate…However Bookkeeping would drive me nuts..LOL, too inanimate for me and impersonal. I perfer people contact, as directly as possible, hence the oft suggestions to put my material on DVD is too passive for me and my experience tells me the fastest learning is by SEE/HEAR/DO…Concepts are the key to learning. Memorization runs a poor second to some % of ‘hands on’ learning. Overall the analysis confirmed my skills and where my passion lies….teaching concepts in varied fields.

  89. I’ve heard over and over again that if you will do what you love the money will follow.  Well, I must have made a wrong turn somewhere because I have done everything I know to do what I love and here I am working for someone else after being self employed for 15 years, and hating my J-O-B (just over broke)!  What I want from this website and the information you share here is to find out how to do what I love doing and earn more than enough money while I’m at it!  Sometimes I’m not even sure I remember what I love doing, it’s been such a long time.I am passionately interested in seeing the creation of new energy sources to repower America, but I have no background or experience to draw on.  I am also passionately interested in seeing people educated on how to eat and exercise properly to lead healthy lives and eliminate the need for physicians and the “disease care” system America currently endorses, but again I have no documented experience in this area.  I am 61 years old and I’m struggling with leveraging my “past life” and past experiences into something enjoyable and worthwhile that will meet my financial needs.Thank you for the site, I am finding the video’s and written information to be inspiring and the responses from other people like me to be encouraging.  I appreciate what you are doing.

  90. Steve, your survey was so “on” I felt like I was getting a psychic reading, which is one of the big hats I wear, now it is no surprise why as I fit into counselor, trainer and manager. I am  very empathic and your survey got that one as well. I am a sensitive, which has been a mixed blessing all my life! I have never fit into a job. The longest “job” I had was for three years as a massage therapist in a 5 star resort spa. I was the lead therapist and body treatment therapist for 50 massage therapist plus I gave 9-12 massages a day. The spa director saw my ability with troublesome clients and without fail would have me take them under my wing. Without exception, they all left happy. I loved the the sense of belonging and the fast pace of the spa with minimal discipline. Massage ended for me due to an injury, leading me back to my ture ability as a psychic and a medium which has been trying because I am not very good with the computer nor with marketing on the internet. I do not make a good secretary and calling my clients and leads for a service are always at the bottom of my list. Again, thanks for this survey, I am glad you were led to create it and I am glad I listened to that little voice that said READ THIS EMAIL! Abundant Blessings, Susan Norgren author of LOST PALLIES

  91. Hi Steve, I like the information you’re giving here. I was not very surprised by the results of the survey, however they did make me think. I have been working at an online business for over 2 years to find something that works for me. I’m sure it’s me, but I am not making money online. I am now at the point of surrender…I’m going back to a job so I can pay my bills. I will continue my attempts online in hopes that some day the light bulbs turns on for me and I achieve what my heart desires. I look forward to your next video.

  92. The report was fascinating information…haven’t done anything similar since the late 70’s!  I have changed, but not as much as I’d thought.  Semi-retired and working in retail for the first time in my life, I’ve come to recognize the need (yes, that’s the right word) to do something different…with a sense of satisfaction of giving something of value.  Am good at service.  Can do ANYthing for someone I admire and want to follow.  Now I’ve got to learn that that someone can and should be me!  Am just getting ready to dig into the 21-day course, and feel a good response to your method of teaching, so I have high hopes.  Thanks for being here.

  93. The report is very insightful, but I believe that it is off on the introverted part, that is a surprise, cause everyone I know says I’m not, I’m very boastful and enjoy interaction and people, but the rest of it seems to be on track, a few surprises.  I look forward to more, because I really need to find something that I can excel at so I can find some peace and tranquility in my Life, see I have lost everything, my marriage of 13 years, my father, 90 % of my assets and my confidence.  Time to rebuild and come back stronger than before and build the life I deserve and want.  Thank you for putting this togetherMatt Myers

Thank you for your comment Matt,

Keep in mind that this survey is not attempting to classify you into a category so to speak. Instead it is revealing attributes about yourself that align well with certain business roles. So, you may not be ‘introverted’ per-se from the standpoint of personality (what other people observe) however, a combination of factors unique to you suggest that you tend to excel in roles in which ‘introverts’ excel.

Bill Gates is like this. He is by no means an introvert. But he certainly excels in roles in which introverts excel.

This seems to align well with your reference to liking to work in the office (alone I think) and take care of the business administration, bookkeeping etc.

    Makes sense?

    Thanks again for your comment.

    Sincerely,

    Steve

  94. Steve,Hello. You are actually mind blowing! Your questions were almost like you were looking at personality traits that when I received my report. I was in AWE. You can actually read people..I mean you hit on the core of my inner strengths and flourished my mind with the actual traits I believed were a part of me. Unfortunately though I never really acted on the true potential I always felt within me. I feel you must have a true gift and a great staff to help people like myself really feel confident in the direction of their true sense in business. I am not saying I feel inadequate, not at all but I do need some direction in my next venture.I am truly thankful you have entered into my life at this time.  Thank you                                                                                        Veronica

  95. I found your entrepreneur report interesting.  I was in sales for 21 years and did OK but the report shows sales at the bottom of list of skills, however, now I understand why.  I am retired and wish to have a business (no employees) doing my passions, which are being creative, sharing great health, helping others and see the world at peace.  Internet marketing is of interest but I find it overwhelming, however, I like challenges.  I am enjoying the first three days of this program and am envisioning finding ways to fulfill my passions.  Looking forward to the remainder of the program.  Thanks for sharing.
