Now I understand better the idea of this video-blog, to share insights with others, like in an open forum. Although I understand the great good that can come out of it, I would rather do that in the Perfect Bizfinder community. Don´t press me on this, I am more of an introvert and is not comfortable in big groups.

Thanks again for the quality content! My response to your somewhat cloaked challenge to provide a solution to Victoria’s predicament is that she and her husband might consider offering different levels of service. Since he likes getting involved and being a “hands on” kind of person, he should ideally be compensated for that by charging a premium for the extra attention and expertise. In order to address Victoria’s needs in the business, all other clients would get a clearly defined “standard” of service. The result would probably be more income, clearer boundaries with customers, the ability to build a more consistent service employee base, and they also would be able to schedule more time together!

Hi again Steve,It’s so interesting to receive from you on how can I transform my business into my perfect business so that I can reserve time…YOUR WAY MAKE ME FIND THINGS IN MY LIFE I WAS SEARCHING FOR…I am now have a business and in a position to receive a lot of money and by your way, i.e. to make it the perfect business, my mind now is like a crystal because it’s not necessary to go through another places.The perfect business will afford more comfort,more psychological stability,more money,reduced time and eventually I will be able to create the life I wanted…..

Steve,
After hearing your words today I think I may have solved my problem today also.
I have the will of a Proprieter but due to health problems I am afraid that I will have to become an entrepeneur inspite of my desire to want to do everything with the company.
My problem is fibromyalgia and it can be a very painful condition. Prior to having this
problem I would paint the house dig in the garden and clean the garage on a regular
basis now I can barely keep my office clean. I hate to turn over any of my work to others as I am afraid it will not get done the way I want it done, any suggestions?
