Love this perspective! I also love Kimberly's post regarding combining this with a vision board. Now... if I can just remember to DO IT! (smile)

Thanks for the advice, Steve. It's similar to the Stephen Covey's Big Rocks scheduling of tasks, but I can see straight away where all these time management things have never really worked for me. Allowing time for preparation before an important appointment has been missing from my schedule.

This could be tricky as my goals are long term and will take a lot of work to accomplish each.
If I start hitting delays I'll have to buy a new calendar every few weeks and re-schedule everything.
Not being a list person, (I find having a family throws all your plans out anyway) this is going to take some serious discipline but I'll give it a try.

(Anybody know of an online calendar with eraseable entries)?

Love this idea. It makes more sense. I'm a psychotherapist and can use this idea along with using a vision board for my visual clients. Thanks for the idea!

Hi Steve,

I love your down-to-earth style and simple yet powerful advice. In two words, You Rock! Putting tasks down as accomplishments . . . priceless and so in line with the Law of Attraction. Thanks so much.

Hi Steve,
I like your video presentations. Would it be possible for you to give an example: step 1, step 2, etc, of how to use the calendar in place of to do list. Perhaps use a whiteboard as suggested by Ray above. Also, How do you work out action steps for a given goal. Could you give an example of a goal and show how to determine the action steps. I know you need to break goals down into more manageable parts or monthly milestones. But, how do you determine the action steps for those milestones? Thanks much for your help st
