I also appreciate your shared words of wisdom. It’s great to have ongoing advice from someone with your extensive experience and ultimate success. I’ve got a really long way to go…am just getting started with this venture. It’s all very new, but I do feel like there is a lot of support in this community of business owners. It is very helpful in reassuring me that I can do this if I just follow the directions given to me and ask for help as needed. Thanks for being in my corner!

Good post Steve. I have been there and done that and it still hurts to think of it. URGH! At the end of the day yes we have to take the time to “sign off on the work” BEFORE we pay up for the work, or else we deserve what we get and / or lose. Is this the getting of wisdom?
