I believe that the distinction RK and Kirt offered this time was a clear mandate for people to engage in the creation of what they want. It is true that those most panic-stricken are stuck or even paralyzed primarily by subconscious limiting beliefs and can not see the infinite array of possibilities that these 'circumstances' creates for them. The call to action is to stop waiting for someone else to make ti happen for you...stop counting on the fallacy of job security...get up and explore the possibilities...find the one that ignites you..and then go for it. It also reminds me of Frank Kern's recent "Emergency" video, and the general public discussion in the internet marketing world: "It's an unrivaled opportunity. Choose success instead of fear. Take action."
