My 5 top strengths – Adaptability, Empathy, Positivity, Connectedness, Developer. How about a traveling gypsy coach? Retreats To Go? 21st Century Mary Poppins or Fairy Godmother Wish Granter. That sounds so fun to me! Partnering with people to make their dreams a reality, whether it be financial projects, or supporting them in developing to their ultimate potential.

I’ve had the experience “working and managing” that even if my position didn’t play to my strengths, I’d find and develop people around me that would allow me to do just what i enjoyed doing… guess what businesses turned around consistently and succeeded big time. Great message Steve.

How can a dummy become an RN? Girl, you are no dummy! You have a disability. You are not your disability. Everyone makes mistakes. I know, charting and meds, 2 big ones that demand accuracy. Very stressful. I’m a former CNA (NV). Been there. I believe in this program. I think if we stick with it we will find our answers. We’ve all been fighting the tide. Enough. Dear Steve, I took the survey. This is quite a complicated, unique survey. It reflects accurately on how I’ve experienced my life. I have initially and perhaps naively focused on a business model to avoid many of my weaknesses. I shall see. By the way, I see these videos as a way of creating a cyber relationship with you. I find what you are saying really interesting esp the part that you are so used to fitting in & doing what you believe you should!! I am a registered nurse but I don’t fit in with the medical role! I am also dyslexic so can quite easily interperet thing differently to others! Throughout my life I have been labeled as a dummy for this reason so now I worry about making mistakes to the point where I avoid change!

I am learning so much! I believe the info about Warren’s success. The survey really helped me see my strengths and really nail down things about me that I hadn’t made a conscious realization. I have been moving from one opportunity to another and been unable to focus on one area. The survey has focused me and now I need help and direction to put knowledge of myself to work in a business.
