make sense…to a degree that it would seem
to be just common sense… to know the problem
first before going to the expense: time and money
to create a solution to a problem by way of trying-
out your kool technology before you actually know
about any problem it will fix.
The Fix: Ask questions first……

Ask prospective customers what problem they care about solving.
Ask them how much they care about solving it.
Ask them what they would pay to have you help them solve it.
Ask them what they are going to need from you to know whether or not your product provides them what they want or need to help them solve it.
Ask them how they will go about making the decision to invest in a product to help them solve this problem.

I have an idea for s sport. It would cause the sport to be played ten fold more than it is right now. You would be able to play this sport anywhere. People wouldn’t play this over billiards. This country is full of lazy people and billiards is a lazy game. People need to play more sports that give them exercise. If people played tennis and badmiton and quit sitting on their ass they wouldn’t be so fat and lazy.
Instead they get fat and then buy exercise equipment they use for a couple weeks and then it sits in the garage.
